Welcome to City Cafe, a place to meet new people and chat about the many areas of life. I created city cafe for those who need a place to relax when things are rough, a place where people can come together, talk, and share their lives with others. I believe this world can be so difficult and demanding, people just need a warm environment - a place where they can get away from it all, even if it's just for a moment. It's been something I've wanted to do for awhile, just never had the time to build. For me it's all about building relationships and developing myself as a person.

I hope to meet many new people and develop some cool friendships along the way.

Well it's an introduction thread, I guess I should actually introduce myself then?

I'm Tyler, 19, and I live in Topeka, Kansas. Currently working for Wal-mart and going to college (already have an associates degree). I administrate 2 forums, http://immaf.proboards77.com/index.cgi which is a fantasy MMA forum, and cfzforums.com which is an MMA discussion forum (which I co-admin).

That's the simplest introduction right there, definitely more to say, but I've got work soon.

I do a bunch of different things really, just help out where help is needed. There was a remodel going on at the store for a while.

I don't even like Wal-mart and plan on putting my 2 weeks in sometime soon. I should probably line up another job before doing so though.

Definitely do that. You're better than Wal-mart. I made the mistake of resigning b4 having another job and I was unemployed for over 4 months. Now I'm good. Just be careful of the economy; it'll be tough to find another.

I don't really have to pay many bills anyways, I don't have my own home/apartment. I mainly just have to worry about gas and food.

But yeah that's what my brother was saying, working at Wal-mart is possibly one of the more secure jobs at the moment. But I could give a shit less, the company is evil.
